To help your booking run smoothly we require the first and family names of all members in your group, their date of birth and residential address (for insurance purposes). The sooner you provide this info the better. Please try no to leave it until the day before the tour as it may be too late.
PLEASE NOTE: all bookings must be made the at least the morning before the tour, preferably earlier. We are in the backcountry almost every day and are usually unable to take calls until the evening by which stage it is too late to accommodate bookings for the following morning.
If you wish to arrange a customised tour please provide your desired dates, group size and experience level according to the definitions provided on our
Itineraries page. Most importantly, tell us what you would like to experience in Hakuba's backcountry.
If you wish to book a slot on our mixed-group introductory backcountry tour, an avalanche course or snowshoe tour then please highlight this and advise what dates you will be in Hakuba.
For our half day off-piste group tours please understand that there are periods of successive days where we simply can not run this tour due to conditions.
We will get back to you as soon as possible, however please remember that we are in the mountains every day and often do not check email until the evening.
